How It Works?

During the application process you will need the documents listed below. You will be given a the opportunity to choose your date and time. Should there be a conflict we will contact you to work out those details.

Once you have completed the application, and submitted you will be taken to a payment page where you will purchase your selected package. No marriage license application will be processed without a deposit. When the deposit is submitted you will receive an electronic copy of your service contract via email.

Once the purchase is processed, you will additionally receive a Calendar Event outlining your date and time of ceremony. Please accept this meeting notice as it will be the primary point of communication.

Note: Google will adjust appointment times to reflect your current time zone. Paperwork and documents must be provided no later than 48 hour before the ceremony. No Marriage License Application will be processed without the copies of the following documents.

Legal Picture Identification

What you will need:

Are you a United States Citizen?
A Drivers License or State ID will be required.
Do you have a State Issued Drivers License from any US State?
A Drivers License or State ID will be required.
A Passport / Visa will be required.

Birth Certificate

Note: Individuals of Hispanic Descent will need to provide both Maternal and Paternal Last Names for both themselves and their parents, or provide a Birth Certificate showing Single Last Names.
Are both of your parents listed on the Birth Certificate?
Is your last name at birth the same as your Fathers?
Do you use the title (Jr., Sr., or II, III) or Other?
Are you in or have you completed transition?
Your Birth Certificate will be Required.
No Birth Certificate is Required.

You must provide your FULL NAME as it appears on your Birth Certificate.

You must provide your PARENT'S FULL NAME as written on YOUR Birth Certificate.

  • If previously married and divorced (you must provide Month-Day-Year), no exceptions.
  • If divorced within the last 12 months, you must provide Court Documents that contain "Court Stamp" and Seal.
Have you been previously married?
Did your marriage end within the last 24 months?
Death, Divorce or Annulment Certificate is Required

We understand that we will be required to submit copies of our documentation immediately after submitting this application.
